Anna Payan’s illustration work has been exhibited and presented internationally through exhibitions, illustration projects and major book fairs, reaching audiences across Europe and beyond, from London and Frankfurt to Bologna, Guadalajara (Mexico) and Dublin.

Anna Payan was selected by an international committee as the Spanish artist to participate in the Irish exhibition of Breaking the Patterns, a Creative Europe programme supporting emerging artists through international exchange and professional development. She was invited to travel to Ireland to present her illustration work as part of the programme.

Anna Payan was featured by Graficatessen in an article exploring the concepts, inspirations and visual language behind her illustration work, highlighting her approach to editorial illustration and the balance between strong ideas and an elegant, textured aesthetic.

Anna Payan was interviewed by Diario de Sevilla about her illustrated piece created for the project The Sevillaner, discussing the concept and creative process behind her interpretation of the city.

During Sant Jordi 2026, Anna Payan presented and signed copies of Viaje al pasado, her illustrated book with Mosquito Books, in Barcelona. She joined the publisher at its Sant Jordi book signing on Passeig de Gràcia.
